Pre-Employment Transition Services

Teen Putting Weeds In Back Of John Deer Truck Loader.

Planning for the Future. We're here to help!

Every youth and young adult must prepare for their future.  Abilities in Motion is dedicated to helping students with disabilities plan for the future they face after they leave the school system.

Abilities in Motion offers Pre-Employment Transition Services through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR).  We provide modules of programs in independent living skills, work readiness skills, and self-advocacy skills to youth who are customers of OVR or potentially-eligible customers ages 14 to 21 years old.

School Districts

AIM has worked with Boyertown School District, Kutztown School District, Reading-Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center, Wilson School District, Governor Mifflin School District, and Oley Valley School District, just to name a few school districts in Berks County we serve. We plan to add even more districts in Schuylkill County in the future. In addition to the school districts we serve, Abilities in Motion also runs modules through our Teens Taking Flight (TTF) groups.
