Stephanie has been working in social services for over 25 years and has had the privilege of spending most of her career at Abilities in Motion. Prior to her position as Executive Director, Stephanie served as Chief Operating Officer providing leadership and development to AIM’s service programs.  Throughout Stephanie’s tenure at AIM, she most notably developed the Nursing Home Transition (NHT) program and was instrumental in developing statewide best practices.  She also created AIM’s Youth Transition program and developed its flagship program, STARS, which provides services to Berks County students with disabilities.  Stephanie earned a BA in Sociology as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. She holds Case Management Certification from CCMC and is also a Professional Patient Advocate. Locally, she served on the board of the Berks County Coalition to End Homelessness and served as Chair of its Permanent Housing Committee. Stephanie provides experienced leadership to AIM and continues to create and develop innovations that address the needs of people with disabilities in Pennsylvania.
