  • Communication, social skills, and networking

Abilities in Motion’s STARS Program is a free program that gives students with disabilities, ages 16-21, the opportunity to expand their social networks and obtain job readiness skills throughout the summertime.

Program dates are July 6-August 14, 2020.  Students must participate in all six weeks.

Please call to schedule an intake. We are available to meet with students at school to begin the intake process.

Become a STARS Business Partner!

Abilities in Motion (AIM) seeks local businesses to partner with our STARS program and provide venues for our STARS to get to work.  This program runs at no cost to the business partners.

AIM always sends a staff person along with the STARS to supervise and facilitate with the business partner.  STARS can visit as little as one hour per week or as often as four hours per week.  We are flexible and will work with a business’s needs.  STARS participants work best together in small groups.

Past and current business partners include:

DoubleTree by Hilton, the Reading Fightin' Phils, BARTA, Freedom Auto Group, Ozzy’s Fun Zone, IM ABLE, Boscov’s, Pepsi, Sweet Street Desserts, and more!
