Diana is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations which includes the administration of policies, procedures, and programs. Diana’s focus is on implementing structure to ensure consistency and integrity throughout the agency. Diana has seventeen years’ experience in employment, recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, engagement, succession planning, employee relations, benefits administration, training, coaching, and development of employees. Diana attended Penn State Berks and achieved her certification from the Society of Human Resources as a Career Professional. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management since 2015.
