Jennifer joined AIM in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Specialization in Human Resource Management and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. With over 20 years of administrative experience, Jennifer provides leadership and operational oversight for the office of the Executive Director as well as serving as a liaison to AIM’s Board of Directors by administering and coordinating top-level functions pertaining to the overall activities of the organization. Additionally, Jennifer provides management and oversight for all of AIM’s facilities, including procuring bids and sourcing vendors for all aspects of AIM’s day-to-day operations.

Amy joined the team as the Marketing and Development Manager in 2019, coming to Abilities in Motion with more than twenty years of combined experience in education, healthcare, and human services. Amy has a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Mass Media Arts and Journalism. Prior to joining Abilities in Motion, Amy was a longstanding Regional Director overseeing day program, community habilitation, and residential support services for Berks County individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Amy’s passion is meeting community and individual need through capacity building, relationship management, and outreach.
