Agency with Choice Vendor Services
There are times when individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) need help making and organizing financial arrangements for services and supplies like transportation, home adaptations, vehicle adaptations, and medical supplies. Authorized services must be billed to the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and vendors must be paid in a timely fashion. Agency with Choice Vendor Services can help.
Transportation or vehicle adaptations increase your freedom to function and work within the community. Home adaptations improve your accessibility in and around your home. All of this helps individuals with ID enable and maintain their independence in the community. These services and supplies are available at no cost to the individual as long as it qualifies under their disability waiver and fits in their individual care plan.
Abilities in Motion (AIM) can act as an agent between the Office of Developmental Programs and Consumers with Intellectual Disabilities. Agency with Choice Vendor Services can help individuals who need ID Services assistance manage the financial requirements of ODP.
If you are an individual enrolled in Intellectual Disability services, please contact your supports coordinator for more information about these services.
