  • AIM Agency with Choice assists you with the management of and payment for your chosen worker.
  • AIM as a Payment Agent, pays for other goods and services for you as approved in your Service Plan.
  • AIM provides human resource expertise, orientation and training for you and your worker.
  • AIM works with you to assist you in managing your workers.
